It was only just last week that the Amiga developer Electric Black Sheep, released the unofficial and minimalistic remake of The Tower of Evil. A top down action game which wasn't just released from 1984 to 1985 by Creative Sparks, but there was a later unofficial port by artlace/rebels for the Commodore 16, Plus/4, ZX Spectrum and VIC 20.
